Fred SchroederPresident & CEO
Fred spent almost 20 years on the CPG side, starting his career in sales at Procter & Gamble, and then in senior sales management positions at The Coca-Cola Company, managing a trade budget of over $300 million for Minute Maid in the competitive northeast market. He then made the switch to the solution provider side, with sales leadership positions first at CAS, then at MEI where he rose to become CEO and brought the company out of Chapter 11. In three years, Fred’s leadership moved MEI from #6 to #1 position in the Consumer Goods Technology Readers’ Choice Poll, and closed 15 new client acquisitions in 2007; more than the category in 2006.
Prior to joining Adesso, as president of his own consulting services company, StarfishCPG, Fred developed and delivered a variety of successful programs, based on analysis and best practices, that enabled mid-sized CPG companies to improve trade promotion effectiveness by focusing on their most important customers and brands. Fred is a proud graduate of the Food Marketing program at Saint Joseph’s University.
In his role as CEO, Fred is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s business strategies, overseeing day-to-day operations, leading long term growth initiatives and managing the Adesso Solutions sales and marketing teams.
Rich JonesExecutive VP of Technology
Prior to co-founding Adesso Solutions, Rich served as Vice President of Engineering for I-Many, Inc. where he led the Consumer Packaged Goods Division’s Research and Development team in designing integrated web-based Deduction and Trade Management solutions. He also served as the Chief Technology Officer of ChiCor Information Management Systems where he was responsible for the engineering and development of all technology solutions. Rich holds a BS in Business Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Rich has great passion for leveraging technology to solve business problems and leads the company’s technology resources in delivering solutions at the forefront of our industry. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Adesso Solutions.
Keith PeersVP Strategic Initiatives
Keith began his career with Descartes as a business consultant, and was rapidly promoted by this leading Sales Force Automation software provider to the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry. He was responsible for project management, negotiating of service agreements, business consulting, education, trouble shooting, and ongoing support. Keith then moved to become Vice President, Services & Support, at MEI Corporation, Canada, a CRM software provider to the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry, where as part of the management team he helped return the company to growth via a restructuring. After MEI, Keith was recruited by CAS AG, Germany another leading CRM software provider to the Consumer Products Industry. Prior to joining Adesso, Keith was VP Product Management & Development at Embla Systems and he ran his own growth consulting company.
At Adesso, Keith is responsible for Strategic Initiatives, and ensures that implementation of our TPM systems to current and new clients is efficient and effective so they are able to quickly maximize trade promotion effectiveness.
Mark ParkerStrategic Partner
Mark is President & Founder of iQ Solutions, a sales and marketing consulting services firm focused on creating and executing strategies for generating sales growth and improved day-to-day sales management for CPG companies. Prior to iQ Solutions, Mark led a team at Pinnacle Foods Group to develop customer and category strategies to create sales initiatives to “manage” and “maximize” a $650 million trade budget. Mark spent 6 years at Campbell Soup Company, as Vice President, Customer Marketing & Planning, and 8 years with Reckitt and Colman in various Sales Management, Operational, Broker Management, and Business Development roles.
As a strategic partner at Adesso, Mark leverages his trade and sales operational skills to assist with TPM system development, system effectiveness, key account analysis, and key account planning.

Adesso Solutions is wholly owned by Strome Group, the parent company of Strome Investment Management and a holding company for several concentrated businesses investments. Founded by Mark Strome, Strome Group believes that concentrating on a small portfolio of non correlating business that they know intimately is the best path to growth of capital.
Mark Eugene Strome founded Strome Investment Management, L.P. in 1992 and serves as its Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Strome founded Strome Securities L.P. in 1992. Mr. Strome is the Founder and primary stockholder of securities brokerage company and investment management company and is responsible for raising and managing $1.4 billion in private placement hedge fund investments focusing on non-traditional investments including commodities, currencies, bankruptcy reorganizations, and venture capital and private equity investments.
Prior to founding Strome Investment Management, Mr. Strome was a Portfolio Manager at Kayne Anderson. He serves as Chairman of the Board at Strome Investment Management, L.P., and serves as a Director at Endurance Ventures. Mr. Strome also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of National Water and Power, Eco-Duro Corporation, NWP Services Corporation and Mobil Satellite Ventures. He is a Trustee for New Roads School and Big Bear Foundation, and serves on the Board of Advisors of John Hopkins Medical Center. Mr. Strome is a frequent guest at investment speaking forums and has been featured in number publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Barrons, Forbes, and others. He was the honorary Doctor of Science in 1998 from Old Dominion University.
Mr. Strome holds an M.S. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and a B.S. in Engineering from Old Dominion University.
