Multi-Year Contract Extensions
Arlington Heights, IL. (February 15, 2007) -- Several key clients have chosen to extend their on-going relationship with Adesso Solutions by signing multi-year contract extensions, indicating their success and overall satisfaction with the Adesso offering. These contract renewals are a sign of the confidence that Adesso’s clients have in our product, our people, and our commitment to offer Industry’s most highly regarded TPM application possible. Signed contract extensions have been received by Perfetti VanMelle (Adesso clients since 2003) and Bumble Bee Foods, LLC. (Adesso client since 2004).

Calendar Planning – A Promotional Calendar populated by application data for planning promotional events and preparing customer presentations. Displays scheduled promotions in a graphical timeline format that brokers and manufacturers can quickly visualize current campaigns and assess future programs across customers and products.
Advanced Reporting Features – Reports can be generated and emailed to one or multiple users from the application on a client-defined schedule or in response to pre-defined data-events.
Excel / Pivot table reporting – Adesso’s Dynamic Excel refreshes with the most current data whenever the report’s ‘Refresh’ button is clicked. Whether the new data is loaded into the system as part of a scheduled loading procedure or office-staff are editing deal information, Sales Managers and Brokers on the road can be assured the report they are reviewing contains the latest, up to the minute data.
Email Alerts and Scorecards (2007 Q2) –Timely notification of account performance to the sales organization using key performance indicators defined by the client.
Foodservice Growth, Income, and Rebate tracking – Comprehensive program tracking and reporting for the Food Service Industry provides both online and offline reporting through the Adesso Report Services and subscription service module allowing users to access up-to-date reporting without having to login directly to the application. Reports track YTD Gross Sales, Rebate Sales, YTD Earned Income Dollars with Qualifying Percentage, and display Growth Program earnings based on tiered program qualification levels.
EDI 889 Link – Transmission of promotional allowances via EDI throughout the day from the Manufacturer’s Adesso database to the manufacturer and broker systems.
Archiving Utility - Designed to allow easy, secure access to historical data for post audit validation and other research, Adesso’s Archive Utility significantly reduces server over-head while providing unlimited access to historical data. The Archiving Utility can be used to provide secure access to third party outsourcing companies for collections work as well.
Adesso Solutions has been awarded the SAS 70 (Statement on Auditing Standards) Type II certification for excellence in its Trade Promotion Management Services and processes from SAS 70 Solutions for the second consecutive year. Adesso Solutions' processes, procedures, and controls have been formally reviewed and evaluated, and exceed the SAS 70 standards. In addition, Adesso has taken major steps to insure SarBox compliance through its SAS70 Certification of the internal software development processes and its mission critical application for its Clients by providing hosting at the SAS 70 and ISO certified AT&T Data Center.
