Solution providers have departments that decide what functionality will be in future releases.  We had one.  

Why?  Product Management essentially needs to be nothing but ears.  Ears that listen.  

We’re changing.  We’re creating an entire Product Management team.  We call them clients.  Odd enough it’s a lot simpler that doing it ourselves.  More effective too!  Seems simple, doesn’t it? 

We know our clients’ business.  They know it better. 

By July, all product direction and prioritization will come from our clients.
